Rate: $90 per hour

Deposition Summary Service:
The attorney will prepare a concise and precise deposition page-line summary using a standard format and method she and other attorneys have found effective and relied on with confidence. The attorney will do her best to accommodate any specific requests and preferences related to the summary's content or organization.
(Optional) Context Review:
If requested, the attorney will review the case complaint or other documents for context before working on the deposition summary. The attorney can limit the time spent reviewing such materials as requested. She typically reviews such materials for about half an hour. She does not bill for more than an hour unless authorized in advance.

(Optional) Exhibit Review:
If requested, the attorney will review and summarize the contents of the exhibits attached to the transcript. Otherwise, exhibit references and descriptions in the deposition summary will be brief and limited to the context provided in the transcript (i.e., limited to the information provided via questions and answers during the deposition).

Standard Turnaround Time: 3-5 business days
If the need for a quicker turnaround is communicated, the attorney will do her best to accommodate the request. In such instances, the billed amount will reflect a surcharge:
20% surcharge for delivery within 24 hours as requested;
15% surcharge for delivery within 36 hours as requested;
10% surcharge for delivery within 48 hours as requested.

Delivery Format/ Method:
The deposition summary will be provided in WORD and PDF via email delivery.
​
Invoice Payments:
Payment is due within five (5) business days of email delivery of the deposition summary and invoice. Payments are accepted via check or Zelle. The preceding invoice must be paid before the next deposition summary can be delivered.​

Her hourly rate is typically between $100 and $150, depending on the task and arrangement.
